Cookie Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Cookie Policy applies whenever you visit or use Cinezs.com and any related services we operate (together, the “Site“). It explains what cookies and similar technologies are, why we use them, and how you can manage them. Any information we collect through cookies is handled in line with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your browser or device that let a website recognize your device and remember details about your visit. When you return to Cinezs.com, or visit another site using the same cookies, that cookie is read and your device is recognized. Cookies we set ourselves are “first-party cookies”; cookies set by another company on our behalf are “third-party cookies.”
Cookies can last for different lengths of time. “Session” cookies exist only while your browser is open and are deleted automatically when you close it. Others are set to expire after a fixed period, and some are “persistent,” remaining on your device until you clear them manually.
2. Similar Technologies
Alongside cookies, we may use a few related technologies to understand how the Site is used:
Web beacons / pixel tags. These are tiny, invisible image files or snippets of code containing a unique identifier. We use them to track usage patterns across the Site, and in HTML emails to see which messages are opened and which links are clicked, which helps us gauge how well our communications are performing. Advertising partners may also place web beacons to measure whether their ads led you to our Site. These technologies often rely on cookies to function, so blocking cookies may limit them as well.
Device identifiers. If you access our services through a mobile app, we may use device-level identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID or Apple’s IDFA) to recognize your device for advertising purposes. You can reset or limit use of these identifiers through your device’s settings.
Fingerprinting. We may combine technical signals from your browser or device — such as time zone, browser language, and installed fonts — to help identify unusual activity for security and fraud-prevention purposes.
3. Why We Use Cookies
Some cookies are necessary to keep the Site secure and working as expected — for example, verifying access rights or remembering your settings. Others help us understand how visitors use the Site, or make the ads you see more relevant to you. We group cookies on CineZS.com into four categories:
- Essential — always active, needed to keep the Site functioning and secure.
- Functionality — remember your settings and preferences to personalize your experience.
- Performance — help us measure how the Site is used and identify ways to improve it, including through Google Analytics.
- Targeting — set by advertising partners to show ads that are more relevant to your interests based on your activity on the Site. Without these, you may still see ads, but they’ll be less tailored to you.
4. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors engage with CineZS.com. It relies on cookies to compile aggregate reports on site usage and trends without identifying individual visitors, which helps us improve the Site over time.
You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking across all sites you visit, without affecting how you use CineZS.com, through Google’s official opt-out browser add-on: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
5. Targeted Advertising
We may share certain data — such as approximate location, browser information, and cookie data — with advertising partners to show you more relevant ads. We do not sell or share the data we collect through cookies with third-party ad networks for those networks’ own independent marketing purposes.
Where we work with advertising partners such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), we may use pixel-based tools to identify visitors who viewed certain pages, for the purpose of remarketing. This may involve a cookie being placed that shares limited information about your visit with that partner. You can adjust your ad preferences directly within your Meta account settings, and learn more about Meta’s cookie practices at https://www.facebook.com/policies/cookies/
If an advertiser asks us to reach a specific audience (for example, based on general interests), we determine who fits that audience and serve the ad ourselves — advertisers only receive anonymized, aggregated performance data, not your individual identity.
6. How to Manage Cookies
Cookie settings on Cinezs.com. You can adjust your cookie preferences at any time using the cookie banner or preference center on our Site. Essential cookies can’t be turned off, since the Site won’t function properly without them — but you’re free to accept or decline functionality, performance, and targeting cookies.
Browser settings. Every major browser lets you view, block, or delete cookies. Keep in mind that clearing cookies will also remove any saved preferences and may affect how well the Site works for you. Instructions for the most common browsers:

Opting out of interest-based ads. You can opt out of receiving targeted ads from many participating companies through:
- Digital Advertising Alliance: https://optout.aboutads.info/
- Your Online Choices (EU): https://www.youronlinechoices.com/
Note that these tools cover more advertising networks than the ones we personally use.
Mobile advertising opt-out. If you use a mobile device, you can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier through your device’s privacy settings (in iOS, under Settings > Privacy > Tracking; in Android, under Settings > Google > Ads).
If you choose to decline non-essential cookies, some parts of your experience on CineZS.com may not work as smoothly as intended.
7. Previously Collected Data
If you disable a cookie after having previously allowed it, we may still retain and use information gathered before your preference changed. We won’t, however, use that disabled cookie to collect any new data going forward.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or the technologies we use. Any update will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above. If a change is material, we’ll post a clear notice on the Site. We encourage you to revisit this page from time to time.
